1. The total amount of the product must not exceed AED 1850/- Or US$ 500/- (excluding tax) and the shipping fee.

The shipping address must be located in one of the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, or United States.

3. The reason for returning the product is due to quality or defect issues, excluding product or packaging damage upon arrival, wrong materials, or wrong products shipped.

4. The customer can only apply for Easy Return within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

5. The customer must return the order within 7 calendar days of submitting the Easy Return application once it is approved.

7. MummaBaba.com will initiate the refund process as soon as the return warehouse confirms delivery of the returned package.

Refunds are usually credited to the customer's bank account within 20 business days.

8. MummaBaba.com can only refund the order amount and the shipping fee, excluding the processing fee, sales tax, and any deducted coupon fees.
